CareEHR — Shared Family Health Records

CareEHR is a consumer personal health record tool operated by Petrichor Labs (Canada).

What CareEHR is

CareEHR helps families organize, share, and present health documents for a loved one. It is not a medical device, electronic health record system, or replacement for professional medical advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you upload. You are responsible for managing who has access to your care profiles (family members and providers).

Provider links

Provider links create time-limited, unauthenticated access to your care profile's document timeline. You are responsible for sharing these links only with intended recipients. Revoke links when no longer needed.

Data and privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We encrypt all documents at rest and log all provider access.

Limitation of liability

CareEHR is provided as-is. Petrichor Labs is not liable for medical decisions made based on documents stored in CareEHR, or for any data loss despite our best efforts at encryption and backup.

Authentication

CareEHR uses ConsentKeys for authentication. By signing in, you consent to receiving a pseudonymous identity. We do not collect or store your real name or email address.
